Artist Statement:
Jerry & Jacque Crable of Burlington, IA. We are self-taught metal artist and have been selling our creations since 1993. What sets us apart from other metal artist is the stainless steel. We work as a team and bounce ideas off one another until we decide on a design we like. Jerry hand cuts and welds all the flowers, then they both shape them using only pliers, a brass hammer and a vice. Jacque powder-coats everything in their shop.
Our one-of-a-kind sculptures are given a new life using recycled materials in both carbon and stainless steel to produce an abstract form that everyone can relate to.
